Delivery Policy

We offer convenient doorstep delivery to make refilling your household and personal care products easy and hassle-free. 🌿Delivery Days and Times

We deliver Mondays and Wednesdays between 10:00am and 2:00pm.

Please follow these steps for delivery:

1. Leave your empty bottles on your doorstep.

2. Ensure bottles are ready before 9:00am on your chosen delivery day.

Delivery Charges

● £2.50 delivery charge for orders under £30

● FREE delivery for orders of £30 and over

Preparing Your Refill Bottles

Please ensure your bottles are ready for refill by following these steps:

● Clearly label each bottle with the name of the product it is for

● Thoroughly rinse bottles before leaving them out

● Ensure bottles are suitable for the product being refilled

Clear labelling helps us identify each product correctly and prevents mistakes.

If You Don’t Have Bottles

No problem. We sell 500ml reusable bottles in our Refill Section. You can add these to your refill order.

Once you receive your bottle, please label it clearly with the product name it will be used for.
